1. Initial Consultation (1 Day)

  • We assess your business activity, ideal jurisdiction (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore), and visa needs.

  • You receive a tailored proposal with full cost breakdown and timeline.

2. Trade Name Reservation (1–2 Days)

We check name availability and submit the reservation request to the relevant authority.

3. Pre-Approval and Documentation (2–5 Days)

  • Submission of passport copies and business activity details.

  • If needed, notarization or legalization of corporate documents.

4. Office Space Selection (1–2 Days)

  • Choose between shared office, flexi-desk, or full physical office (mandatory in some jurisdictions).

5. License Issuance (3–7 Days)

  • Once documentation is approved, the trade license is issued by the Free Zone or DED.

6. Establishment Card & Immigration File (3–5 Days)

  • Required to begin visa processing. We handle the complete setup.

7. Visa Application (5–10 Days)

  • Medical test and Emirates ID biometrics are scheduled.

  • After approval, your UAE residency visa is stamped in your passport.

8.  Corporate Bank Account Opening (1–3 Weeks)

  • We prepare a business plan and help schedule appointments with partner banks.

  • Most banks require presence in UAE to complete the process.
